We are thrilled you are planning to join us for our Annual Fundraiser! 

This year the food will be set up throughout the event, and you will go to the stations to be served by the chefs there. Dietary preferences will be easy to accommodate this way, but please still let us know if there are things you must avoid in the special accommodations section on the next page. 

Also on the next page, if there are other attendees you wish to sit with, you can put their last name or company name in the section that says "Group Name". If you don't mind where you sit, you may leave this section blank. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please email cscdev@catawbascience.org if you have longer requests!
